We want everyone to be able to use our website and the concierges we build.
Our goal
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA on our website and in our concierges.
What we do
- Text and controls have strong color contrast.
- Everything works with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a link to skip to the content.
- Animations stop when your device asks for reduced motion, and the moving tape measures pause when you point at or focus them.
- Pages work when zoomed to 200% and on small screens.
- Pictures have text alternatives; decorative drawings are hidden from screen readers.
- Concierge answers are announced to screen readers as they arrive.
Known limits
Some decorative animations, like the stitched thread on the home page, are not described to screen readers because they carry no information. The sample conversations on this site use invented data.
