This policy explains the cookies and browser storage our website uses, and what our concierges use on our clients’ sites.
On our website
Our website sets no advertising or tracking cookies. The language is chosen by the page address (pages in Portuguese start with /pt/), not by a cookie.
It keeps two small items in your browser’s session storage, which is deleted when you close the tab: the conversation in the Ask panel, so it follows you from page to page (Clear chat deletes it at any time), and a note when the assistant is unavailable, so the page stops trying. Both are needed for the feature you are using.
If our hosting provider sets a strictly necessary security cookie, for example to block automated attacks, it is used only for that purpose.
If we add analytics
If we add analytics in the future, we will list each cookie here and, where the law requires, ask for your consent before setting any that are not strictly necessary.
On our clients’ sites
A concierge we build may keep a conversation ID and the conversation in the shopper’s browser, using local or session storage, so the chat continues from page to page. This is needed for the service the shopper asked for. Each client lists it in its own cookie notice, and we give clients the details they need.

Your choices
You can block or delete cookies and site storage in your browser settings. On a client’s site, blocking them may mean the chat starts again on each page.
